This notice explains the information used by the Zettabit website and enquiry form.
What you choose to share
The enquiry form collects your name, reply address, optional business details, selected interest and your message. We use these details to review and respond to your request. Submitting does not subscribe you to marketing or authorise contact with your customers.
Where the information goes
Cloudflare delivers the public website. Form submissions travel over encrypted connections to our hosted contact service and are delivered to our managed business mailbox, including the owner’s internal forwarding destination. These infrastructure providers process information to operate the service. Please avoid sending passwords, payment information or confidential customer records.
Essential service records
The contact service uses limited technical information to prevent spam, duplicate messages and abuse. Its short-lived submission ledger stores keyed hashes, timestamps, delivery status and a reference, rather than the enquiry text. Entries older than seven days are removed when the ledger is next used. Mail records are kept as needed to handle your enquiry and business records.
Tracking and AI
This website uses no advertising trackers, remote fonts, analytics cookies or browser storage. The interactive examples and planning tools run locally in your browser. The enquiry form does not send your message to an AI model. Our hosting providers may process essential request and security logs.
Your choices
To ask about information you submitted or request a correction or deletion, use the contact form and mention privacy in your message. We may need to verify the request and retain records where a legitimate obligation applies.
